We are looking for an Account Manager who is as comfortable managing client relationships as they are analyzing digital metrics, building content strategies, and putting AI to work. If you thrive on variety, move fast, and love making campaigns actually work, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, reporting, and audience insights.
- Manage social media calendars, posting, and engagement for client accounts.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and media buying teams to deliver results.
- Track, analyze, and present performance metrics with actionable recommendations.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep projects on track.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and emerging trends.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management and analytics platforms is a plus.
