Alexis Sundara is a Design Lead at Fose + McKay, where he leads creative direction and design execution across a wide range of client engagements. He is responsible for developing brand identities, visual systems, and multi-channel campaign creative that align with strategy and resonate with target audiences. Alexis works closely with strategy, content, and development teams to ensure that all creative is cohesive, effective, and built to perform across platforms.

He brings more than a decade of experience in design and creative leadership. Prior to joining Fose + McKay, Alexis worked at NJI Media, where he developed branding systems, event design, and campaign assets for clients across public policy, finance, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. He has also worked as an Art Director at drinkcaffeine, leading creative across branding, web, and application design, and has supported a range of independent clients through freelance work focused on identity development and visual storytelling.

Alexis is known for his ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual solutions. His work spans digital and print, with a strong focus on typography, layout systems, and brand consistency.

He lives in Tempe and draws inspiration from the intersection of design, technology, and culture in the Southwest.
