Caleb is currently exploring how artificial intelligence and machine learning can be applied to create smarter, more efficient solutions at Fose + McKay. As the AI and Machine Learning lead, he supports the team by developing predictive models, streamlining workflow automation, and assisting executives by researching the long-term impact of AI in the marketing industry. He’s passionate about using data to make predictions and is testing ways these emerging technologies can enhance creativity, strategy, and productivity.

Before joining Fose + McKay, he was an intern at Dickinson’s Center for Sustainability Education, where he managed the on-campus bike co-op and its student volunteers, maintained biking databases, and planned a 3.5-mile community outreach ride while developing professional skills.

Caleb combines strong analytical skills with clear, accessible communication to solve real-world problems and share his findings. He is also preparing to take the Society of Actuaries P exam in Fall 2025.

Caleb was born and raised in Washington, DC, and is a rising senior at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. He studies Math and Quantitative Economics with a focus on statistics and actuarial sciences. Caleb enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, rock climbing, being outdoors, and traveling. Last fall he studied abroad in Bologna, Italy, where he learned Italian. He is also passionate about cooking—especially Italian cuisine.
