Chandler Carter brings a unique blend of political insight, financial acumen, and strategic communication to his role at Fose+McKay. As an Account Coordinator, Chandler supports client accounts through coordinated outreach, policy research, and public affairs strategy execution. His experience includes serving in high-level legislative offices such as the Office of Speaker Kevin McCarthy and the Office of Senator Mike Rounds, where he contributed to key events and legislative initiatives on Capitol Hill.

Before joining Fose+McKay, Chandler was a Partner at Foothills Investments, overseeing real estate acquisitions, deal structuring, and investor relations. His background in real estate finance, combined with his experience in government affairs, allows him to navigate complex policy environments while advancing client goals. He is currently completing an economics degree through Arizona State University online and previously competed as a student-athlete at South Dakota State University.
