Max Fose is the President and CEO of Fose + McKay, a national marketing and public affairs agency with offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Washington, D.C.

Max Fose’s work on behalf of the agency’s business, public affairs, government, and non-profit clients has been recognized by news publications such as The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News and World Report, Newsweek, The Industry Standard, Interactive Week, The Washington Post and Forbes ASAP. Max has shared his expertise widely through appearances on ABC World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, CNN, MSNBC, C-Span, the News Hour on PBS, and many international outlets. He speaks frequently on topics ranging from effective messaging and digital strategy to the opportunities of using social media. He co-authored The Internet and Campaigns: Interactively Empowering Citizens for the Chicago Policy Review and served as a Practitioner in Residence at the Institute for Politics, Democracy, and the Internet at George Washington University. In addition, for two years, Max Fose was an Expert Panelist for the Congress Online Project that studied and recommended best Internet practices to the United States Congress.

Max was recognized by Politics Online, Harvard University and the American Association of Political Consultants as one of the 25 Internet professionals who are changing the world of politics.

Max’s national political and public affairs experience includes presidential campaigns, nationwide public affairs efforts, U.S. Senate campaigns, voter contact programs for national trade associations, and helping elect numerous candidates to the United States Congress. Highlights of his work in Arizona include serving as the general consultant for Yes on 208 – Invest in Education Initiative, Yes on 100 – Penny Sales Tax Initiative, and No on 203 – Saving First Things First. He worked on Senator John McCain’s campaigns for over 20 years and was a consultant to Janet Napolitano and Jan Brewer’s re-election campaigns for Governor. In 2006, Max helped to defeat Prop. 107, a proposed ban on same sex marriage, the first time in the nation a proposed ban was defeated. His 30 years experience also includes successfully winning numerous ballot initiatives and down ballot candidates for office.

Max Fose is a current board member of The Phoenix Symphony and a TGen Ambassador. His civic involvement also includes having served on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arizona, Esperanza and All Saints’ Episcopal Day School as well as participating in the Anti-Defamation League’s Glass Leadership Program and serving on the City of Phoenix’s Alhambra Village Planning Committee. In 2018, he served as a Republican Chair for Kyrsten Sinema’s successful election to the United States Senate.

Max Fose is a graduate of Grand Canyon University where he was inducted into their Alumni Hall of Fame. He resides in Phoenix with his children.
